Refund policy
All product sales are final once shipped from our store location.
Pre order sales cannot be cancelled or refunded after payment is accepted.
We have the right to refuse purchasers for security reasons.
Please note that a LIGHTSTICK cannot be exchanged or refunded after the payment is accepted. Please make sure to choose the correct option before proceeding with your order.
Place separate orders for pre-order and in-stock items. Otherwise, the in-stock items will wait for the pre-order items to become available to be shipped together as one order.
We are not liable for any missing products or damaged packages occurred during transit.
Minor tears, punctures, bends, crushes, spots, scratches, discoloration, lightstick intensity and sound frequency, etc. are not eligible for return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be proven defective (see Damages and issues). You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at refunds@kpopreno.com include your full name, order number, order description, and issue description. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED and NOT BE REFUNDED.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt of the item(s) and contact us within 2 days of delivery if the item(s) is/are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Item(s) will not be replaced if defects, damages, or receipt of wrong item(s) were reported to us after 2 days of delivery.
Please provide us an UNEDITED UNBOXING video as evidence of defective items. The UNEDITED UNBOXING video MUST BE FILMED FROM CUTTING THE BOX OPEN TO BRINGING THE ITEMS OUT OF THE SHIPPING BOX and MUST CLEARLY SHOW THE SHIPPING LABEL WHILE UNBOXING. Item(s) will not be replaced/refunded without an evidenced unboxing video as described.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
