[How to download the Digital Planner]
You can download the PDF file by scanning the OR code included in the Season's Greetings with the camera.
[Notice to Digital Planner]
- It prohibits duplication and distribution, modification of Digital Planner downloaded through QR codes.
- The Digital Planner is a non-physical product as digital file in PDF format.
- QR codes for downloading the digital planner can be re-authenticated even after the initial authentication.
- The degree of Digital Planner optimization may vary depending on the user's device environment.
-Digital planner cannot be exchanged or refunded regardless of whether they are downloaded or not.
-Other inquiries about the use of QR codes can be made up to one months from the release date and for accurate information, please refer to purchase guidelines provided by each retailer.
[How to submit Inquiries]
Please provide the buyer's name, purchase location and attach a photo of the QR code along with the number at the bottom. With all the required information, kindly send it to the customer service mail.
*Download and Inquiry Period: From January 2nd, 2024 to February 2nd, 2024 (KST)
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any missing, lost, and returned package(s) due to incorrect address, stolen package(s) due to absence at the time of delivery, and other reasons caused by customers. If you want to resend the returned package(s), you will be responsible for the shipping charges.
All packages come with a tracking number via UPS and USPS. We are NOT LIABLE for packages once UPS and USPS received and delivered them as shown in the tracking history.
Place separate orders for pre-order and in-stock items. Otherwise, the in-stock items will wait for the pre-order items to become available to be shipped together as one order.
Pre-order items release date may be changed or delayed by the manufacturer for some reasons.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Free local delivery available for orders over $100 (Reno and Sparks area only). We charge $7 for orders under $100. No delivery during winter season.
Local deliveries are made from 4:00pm-6:00pm (PST) on weekdays, Monday through Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day and time of our arrival.
